I understand how daunting it can feel to step into a therapeutic relationship, to ask for support, to be vulnerable, and to seek someone who truly hears and understands you.

 

At Inner Truth Therapy, I hold space for the whole of you: the light and the dark, the known and the unseen. My work is about helping you return to what’s real, to the quiet truth that lives beneath the noise.

Who am I?

My journey into therapeutic counselling has been shaped by lived experience, inner inquiry, and a deep reverence for the human spirit.

​

For many years, I worked in male-dominated corporate environments, particularly in HR, where I witnessed the silent weight of emotional struggle, especially among men. Mental health was often hidden behind performance, and vulnerability rarely had a place. I trained as a Mental Health First Aider and supported individuals facing addiction, burnout, and emotional crisis. These early experiences revealed the urgent need for spaces where people could be seen, heard, and held without judgment.

Psychosynthesis offered me a doorway into deeper understanding, not just of others, but of myself. It helped me explore my own history, including the impact of religious trauma, and guided me toward integration and meaning. Through this work, I began to reclaim lost parts of myself and cultivate a more compassionate, creative way of being.

​

Today, my practice is rooted in holding the whole person - body, mind, soul, and story. I work with those who are seeking to reconnect with their inner truth. I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering what is whole.

My approach to therapeutic counselling is compassionate and holistic, honouring the integration of heart, mind, body, and soul. I offer a safe, nurturing space where all parts of you are welcome - the wounded, the wise, the uncertain, the yearning. Blending traditional talking therapy with embodied practices, I support you in exploring and healing the root causes of emotional distress, anxiety, and trauma. I walk alongside you with warmth, creativity, and grounded presence, gently supporting your unfolding.

Whether you're seeking clarity, navigating pain, or longing for deeper connection, we listen together to what wants to emerge, uncovering your true self and cultivating resilience, wholeness, and inner freedom.
