Mindfulness-Based Therapy in Cardiff
Coming home to the present, gently.
How this approach works
Mindfulness-based therapy is the gentle practice of noticing what's happening in the present moment, thoughts, feelings, sensations, without judgement or the urge to immediately fix or push them away. Over time this can loosen the grip of anxiety, overwhelm and rumination, widening the space between what we feel and how we respond.

Who this suits
People who feel constantly in their heads, caught in worry loops, or disconnected from their body and the present moment. It also serves those seeking a kinder, steadier relationship with whatever is arising.
What a session feels like
Mindfulness is woven into sessions naturally rather than taught as a separate skill, always at a pace that feels safe. There are no formal exercises to perform, only small invitations back to what is here now.
Sessions take place in person at Samantha's Cardiff therapy room, or online for clients across Wales and the wider UK.
